Enrolling

Completing the enrolment form registers your interest in the course — it is not yet a confirmed place, and no payment is taken on the form. Your enrolment is confirmed once we’ve been in touch and your payment of £199 has been received. We’ll always confirm the price before any payment is due.

The course & access

The course is delivered online as a series of video lessons for your personal use. On payment you get access to all lessons and, on completion, your certificates. Please don’t share, copy, record or resell the course content — it remains our property.

Refunds

Because the course is digital content made available immediately, refunds are handled in line with your statutory rights. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Your certificates

The certificates recognise that you’ve completed this course. They are course-completion certificates and are not regulated or government qualifications.

This website

The content here is provided for general information. We keep it accurate as far as we reasonably can, but it doesn’t form part of any contract until your enrolment and payment are confirmed.
